Biography
Kurt Raymond holds a BA in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of California Santa Cruz, and has over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry. He has designed and maintained well over a hundred IT networks and server environments over the years, and has rich experience working with businesses and governmental organizations to build and maintain IT systems that are robust, high-performance, fault-tolerant, and easy to use. Kurt began his career as a technical support engineer in the Silicon Valley, and was promoted to management of a technical support team – not unlike his role today. He has undertaken numerous technical management courses, and has successfully fostered and managed IT service teams for over 20 years.
