Founded in 2001, Raymond Rent-A-Nerd (RRAN) has been in business in Pagosa Springs ever since.  We have a large and deeply experienced computer service team in the Pagosa area, providing configuration, management & troubleshooting of Servers, Networks, and Windows PC & Apple Mac environments.

Our company’s Mission is to compassionately serve the computing needs of clients in the Pagosa Springs and surrounding communities by providing superior customer service & technical expertise, fastest response 24x7x365, and a complete array of products and services, all at a good value.

The Nerds offer over 50 years of combined experience in the computer service and repair industry, advanced degrees in Computer Science, and important certifications including SonicWall Certified System Administrator. We strive to have a live person answer your phone call during regular business hours, and our highly qualified on-staff technicians enable us to respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Kurt Raymond holds a BA in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of California Santa Cruz, and has over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry. He has designed and maintained well over a hundred IT networks and server environments over the years, and has rich experience working with businesses and governmental organizations to build and maintain IT systems that are robust, high-performance, fault-tolerant, and easy to use.  Kurt began his career as a technical support engineer in the Silicon Valley, and was promoted to management of a technical support team – not unlike his role today.  He has undertaken numerous technical management courses, and has successfully fostered and managed IT service teams for over 20 years.
